Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 4 hours of purchase. Please note that all cancellations will incur a 4% processing fee, which is non-refundable due to payment processor charges.

Return Policy
We strive to deliver high-quality products, but all sales are final and non-refundable. Payments made on our website are non-reversible.

Backdrop Orders
Since backdrops are custom-made specifically for your order, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend reviewing your selection carefully before placing an order.

Wrong or Damaged Product Policy
We’re committed to resolving issues if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Steps to Request a Return/Replacement:

  • Record an uncut video of the unboxing along with clear images showing the damage.
  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 783 783 6462.
  • Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be eligible for return or replacement.


Note: Since all our products are handmade and hand-cut, slight variations from the images shown on our website may occur. These variations make each product unique yet similar. While we strive to match product colors as closely as possible, minor differences may be visible between the image and the actual product.

Refund and Exchange Process

  • Before proceeding, please review the details mentioned above.
  • Once we receive your query, our team will review it and respond within 48 working hours.
  • For minor damages that can be fixed locally or adjusted in editing, we may suggest a repair and offer compensation in the form of a coupon. The coupon value will depend on the damage severity and repair cost—handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • In cases where the damage is irreversible, we’ll initiate an exchange for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
  • If the product is out of stock, a full refund may be offered at our discretion.

Timelines: Allow 5–7 working days for returns processing.

Packaging Guidelines:
Pack items in the original box with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
Items should be unused, unwashed, and undamaged to qualify for returns.

Shipping Options:

  • Reverse Pickup – Available for select locations.
  • Self-ship – If reverse pickup isn’t available, ship the product within 48 hours of raising the return request. Use a trusted courier service, and we’ll reimburse shipping costs upon submission of the receipt.

Once shipped, we’ll process your coupon or replacement swiftly!

Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, with the following timelines:

  • Ready-to-Ship Orders: Processed within 1–2 working days.
  • Printed and Painted Backdrops: Shipped within 2–3 working days.
  • Pre-Order Fabric Backdrops: Processing takes 20–25 working days for orders under ₹1000, and batches are shipped for orders above ₹1000.
  • For urgent shipping requests, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 783 783 6462. We can fulfill orders containing other products earlier (additional shipping charges may apply).
  • Same Day Dispatch: Available for orders placed before 12 noon; orders after 12 pm will be dispatched the next day.
